Anyway.
Oh and I don't understand why most canning recipes have you used like a pound of sugar per batch, fruit is already sweet. I use the no sugar pectin, whatever fruit mixture, 1 cup of pure apple juice, a couple spoonfuls of raw honey and thats it. Turns out fabulous each time.
